Q: Have you ever wanted a villain to win at the end of the story? If so, which one?
No, I wouldn't want a villain to win at the end of the story unless the author planned it in such a way to set in motion for someone to take the mantle and he/she continues the fight leading to the eventual demise of that villain. I tend to gravitate to crafty villains. It's through their actions that we readers see what drove them to these choices and perhaps even with their own careful planning they seal their end under their own doing.
