Turn your "Somedays" to a reality

Take action to improve your life and turn your “somedays” into reality.  There are specific actions you can do that will get you onto the path of success and turn your dreams into reality:
  • Clarity – Get absolutely clear on what you want.
  • Desire – Create a strong enough desire that you’re willing to do what it takes to make it a reality.
  • Belief – Create the belief that you can achieve your goal.
  • Plan – Create a solid plan of action.
  • Decide and Commit – Make the decision and fully commit to it.
  • Take Action – Begin immediately to take action toward your goal, and execute your plan.
To read more about this hop to the link where I found the rest of the article.

I think most of us have been or still are master procrastinators (myself big time) and when you find yourself at the beginning of a plateau (whether in profession, life etc) you can't help but start to find some reflective time. Well, after reading a tweet from a co-follower , it got me thinking. Kidding aside, I'd like to hit some of my big goals and would like to travel beyond the Town called Nowhere.

Hmm, why do I feel a scene is just itching to burst out from that. :)

The listed actions above were quite helpful in finetuning in what I call my 'umbrella goal.' :D It's just a matter of sticking to it and power through action plan.

Music Monday: Rocky IV (4) - "No Easy Way Out" by Robert Tepper in High Definition (HD...

Funny thing last night, I was channel-surfing and this song muscled its way in the background while the clip of a cartoon scene was played. I can't be sure if it was Family Guy and this character was sort of going through some disappointments (I guess) in his life and in order to nudge himself back on that track (bear in mind, I could be reading the short scene out of context as I don't follow the series, haha) he went on a road trip why his best first won't pick up any of his phone messages. Cue montage where the character reminisced the 'good times' with his friend....

I was more drawn to the song tho that was else was happening to the scene. I haven't sat through any Rocky movies and I think I just heard a loud gasp (from fans of Rocky) :D since even in most screenwriting books mentioned this movie as an example of writing in span of two or three days.  I'll wait for this one to cycle back again on cable.

Come join Music Monday and share your songs with us. Rules are simple. Leave ONLY the ACTUAL LINK POST here and grab the code below and place it at your blog entry. More on Arrow TV show

The Cast of Arrow
I read an interview by Arrow's executive producer, Andrew Kreisberg where  he mentioned several of the show's questions that the series will lead up to an answer and the feel of the whole show.

I expected it to be very much different from Smallville. I even had a feeling  with Oliver Queen (SV), where we were given hints that he has a lot more gray areas than the Man of Steel. I can no longer pinpoint those exact episodes where Clark and Oliver expressed their differing opinions in handling the bad guys but whenever those scenes came up, as a viewer it showed us how different they are.

I guess with this show it will be explored and then we'll  find out who is the real Oliver Queen.

Arrow - Extended Trailer (The CW's Green Arrow TV Show)

I was very delighted when JackTV will be airing "Arrow" soon too! I hope I didn't jinx or preempted it by posting. Haha

A huge fan of Smallville, Oliver Queen (Green Arrow as portrayed by Justin Hartley) made his appearance in Season 6 episode 2  and since then fans of the show have been voicing a Green Arrow spin-off and it paid off. Now, CW brings ARROW to the small screen. This time around Oliver Queen will be portrayed by Stephen Amell.  Since I don't follow 90210 or Private Practice, it will be new slate for me to see his interpretation of the character. Will I end up comparing him to Smallville's Oliver Queen? I think I won't do that because it wouldn't be fair. So I'm looking forward to this show getting their TV legs stable and crossing fingers they'll have the same 11-year strong as Smallville. Okay, maybe let's dial it down and try to get past the first 20 or so episodes for a season. :D

Avatar Aang Action Figure

When my cable provider finally decided to re-add Nickelodeon Channel Asia once again, I was ecstatic to find that they were airing Avatar:The Last Airbender animated series. I'm a returning fan and yes, I've seen the movie  (I did like it as it made me remember the show listed on my To-Watch List) but didn't yet follow the series. My preoccupations were taking me somewhere else (only now sort of disappointed that I can't find this action figure since the series has ended) before returning my attention to the Avatar World.

Having a watchful eye for good action figures, I always check out the toy section, of course, since the series was long over, Airbender Aang action figures were no longer on display. This site posted a review of the product and I was more interested on the few pictures of toy's articulation. I think this was a good one.
